Personal Trainer

A personal trainer is an invaluable tool to help keep you motivated, design a workable plan tailored for you, and encourage you every step of the way. At Dragonridge Country Club, we offer half-hour and full hour sessions with a personal trainer with seven different packages to choose from. You can pick the one that best suits your lifestyle and goals. It’s affordable, and our professional personal trainers know how to cater to all skill levels. 

Pilates

Pilates are sets of exercises that you do one right after the other to help gradually improve your flexibility and build muscle. The classes are one hour long and provide a demanding workout that focuses on your breathing and concentration. Pilates targets your core as the main muscle group, but you’ll also work your legs and arms to help you gain control and lose weight in a low-stress environment at the Dragonridge Fitness Center. 

Strength Training

Eating right and getting into a healthy strength training regimen will help you build muscle and lose body fat to get you on the path to a healthier lifestyle. As you age, lean muscle mass starts to slowly diminish by itself, and this increases your risk for joint injuries. Strength training classes will help you build this muscle back up gradually using free weights, weight machines, resistance tubing, and personal trainers all in the Dragonridge facilities. 

TRX Bootcamp

One popular program Dragonridge offers to help you get fit is the TRX Bootcamp. This is a muscle strengthening, core strengthening, fat-burning, full-body workout routine. During bootcamp, you’ll quickly move through several stations that require you to use the kettlebell, TRX bands, agility ladders, medicine balls, and more to work out every part of your body. This program comes structured as a functional training class that works every group of muscles while you push your body to your limits.
